Goat meat nutritional data comparison

The follow data has been taken from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service. 2013. USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release 26. Nutrient Data Laboratory, Link

The only entry for goat was cooked and roasted. Therefore we compared meats that could be potentially cooked for a roast dinner. The cuts are given after the table.
